Your 12-Step Carpet Cleaning Experience
Step 1: PRE-INSPECTION Step 2: COMMERCIAL PRE-VACUUM Dry soil is removed by a thorough vacuuming. Removing dry soil is one of the most important steps in cleaning. Step 3: FURNITURE MOVING Our regular pricing includes moving smaller furniture items such as end tables, coffee tables, etc. Beds, dressers, entertainment centers, buffets and other heavier pieces are left in place under out regular pricing structure. If heavier furniture needs to be moved, one of our technicians can quote the exact cost to move those items. Step 4: PRE-SPRAY A pre-conditioning agent is applied to carpets to break down traffic area soil and general spots for a more thorough cleaning. Step 5: PRE-SPOT Difficult spots are pre-treated with special solutions to increase chances of removal. Step 6: PRE-GROOMING A professional carpet groomer is used to further loosen soil. Step 7: SOIL EXTRACTION & RINSE The carpet is then thoroughly shampooed with a specially designed machine to bring soil to the surface of the carpet. Then the carpet is powerfully extracted with a rinsing agent that is mixed (or pH balanced) with hot water (230°F) at high pressure to flush alien particles (dirt, etc.) from carpet fibers. We take extra care not to over wet the carpet or leave a sticky residue behind. Step 8: NEUTRALIZER Every carpet that we clean is pH balanced with special chemicals, so that there is no sticky residue left behind. This also leaves the carpet soft and fresh. Step 9: SPEED DRY Carpet is dried using a specialty tool called a drag wand. This tool is designed to squeeze the majority of the water from the carpet. High velocity air movers are placed on the carpet immediately after cleaning to promote faster drying. *** For longer carpet life and fewer permanent stains, be sure to have professional carpet protector applied to your carpets following cleanings. Step 10: POST-SPOT Any spots or stains still remaining will get extra treatment with our many specialty spotting solutions. Step 11: POST-GROOM The carpet is then groomed with a professional carpet groomer so that the pile of your carpet is standing tall when we leave. Post-grooming helps the carpet pile dry faster and in the right position. Step 12: POST-CLEANING EVALUATION Our technician will have you inspect your carpets to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with the results of our carpet cleaning service and address any possible concerns or questions you have at that time. | |
